The idea that Deity stands (sits ?) outside Creation is anathema to the Pantheist. Happily, the idea is easily rebutted, by simple virtue of acknowledging the limitations of language, ie defining a New Term, Everything that Is (ETI) to include Creation, and then by equating Deity with ETI.
